More than villa management.

Ariel Estate Investments started three years ago with one villa and a simple observation. Too many villas in Bali were being managed from a distance, and it showed in the guest experience, the reviews, the rising maintenance costs and the empty weeks.

So we began acquiring villas on long term leases and running them ourselves. Our own portfolio has grown to five, which means we know first hand what it takes to operate, maintain and protect a property here.

We still answer the messages. We still meet our guests. We still walk through our properties every week. When an owner hands their villa to us, it is looked after with the same care we give to our own. Guests know us on Airbnb as A.E.I Villa Management.
